1 John 3:5-7

⁵You know that he was revealed so that he might take away sins,^[a]^(A) and there is no sin in him.^(B) ⁶Everyone who remains in him^(C) does not sin;^[b]^(D) everyone who sins^[c] has not seen him or known him.

⁷Little children, let no one deceive you. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.
